We are pleased to inform you that today the shareholders holding the entire share capital of PHSE (Andrea and Carlo Cerchia and Gianluca Meneguzzi), have signed an agreement that will see Eddy De Vita joining the company, at 70%, supported by the investment fund NB Aurora.
Through this operation we intend to strengthen the company’s managerial structure and accelerate, thanks to the skills and resources brought in by the new shareholders, the process of development and growth of PHSE in Italy and worldwide.
Eddy De Vita, who will serve as Executive Chairman of PHSE, has a long experience in the pharmaceutical logistics sector, first as an entrepreneur and then as a manager. He began his career in 1991 in his family’s company (Pharma Logistics Group), of which he took care, in particular, of its development at an international level, which was sold in 2004 to the Exel Group, subsequently absorbed by the DHL Group. During his 15 years with the DHL Group, Eddy De Vita has served as Managing Director and Executive Chairman of DHL Supply Chain Italy, member of the European board of DHL Supply Chain, Chairman of DHL Supply Chain’s Life Sciences & Healthcare division for the EMEA market and Worldwide M&A Chairman of DHL Supply Chain.
