For more than 20 years, we have ensured an active cold chain of the drug, which does not require the use of isothermal packaging and refrigerated material for secondary packaging, drastically reducing the production of waste harmful to our planet.
From inbound to outbound and delivery, the drug is handled directly in a refrigerated environment with dedicated warehouses and vehicles.
The model, unique in Italy, ensures temperature compliance without the use of dataloggers for temperature tracking because the temperature and position data of each individual shipment are accessible in real time through an innovative validated tracking platform.

Each year PHSE publishes an in-depth report on its achievements in social responsibility. The report documents our group’s commitment to a better world.
PHSE believes in sustainable and transparent logistics and, to this end, has committed to communicating its Sustainability Report, measuring its ESG performance and progress in the environmental, social and governance areas.
In 2021, the first Sustainability Report was drawn up as a way to make public the reality of PHSE, based on a solid professionalism that has allowed it to grow while maintaining the very high standards of quality that its customers appreciate and recognise.
PHSE Forest: with Treedom we support a forest project in the world
PHSE delivers over 5.000 drugs every day, many of which save lives.
Being part of this delicate and complex supply chain, where ethicality is at the heart of the work, we cannot but have thought about the health of our planet, the protection of its ecosystem and its communities.
That is why we supported this beautiful project by planting 1,000 trees in Kenya.
Much more than a tree
With Treedom we finance farmers who want to plant trees, supporting their work in the first years, when the trees are not yet productive. The farmers receive know-how and technical support from Treedom for planting and managing the trees. The trees are photographed, geolocated and monitored by Treedom over time.
