Milan, 29 January 2025 – PHSE, a leading global group in temperature-controlled and time critical pharmaceutical logistics, announces today that it has completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in World Infinity Services SRL (WIS), a specialist Belgian logistics company focused on the international shipment of radiopharmaceuticals, the new frontier in cancer therapies.

This transaction further strengthens the PHSE Group’s focus on nuclear medicine, meeting the growing demand from pharmaceutical companies worldwide for consistent, highly specialized services capable of guaranteeing the safe international delivery of products with a very short shelf-life (even within 24/48 hours) to the patient. The acquisition also firmly establishes the Group in a new and very strategic production and distribution market, Belgium, and further expands PHSE’s overall European and Global footprint.

As well as a global network of validated partners, the PHSE Group has 35 of its own facilities globally, employing more than 700 people and operating its own fleet of around 600 specialist vehicles. Pro-forma revenues in 2024, considering the acquisitions concluded, amounted to approximately Eu 100m.

With the desire to bring a smile and create moments of joy, PHSE is proud to have joined the solidarity initiative “A Caress for Christmas.” During the holiday season, we delivered gift packages to 500 children in over 20 hospitals across Italy, sharing happiness with those who need it most.

On December 14th, PHSE hosted its first Family Day at the Milan Pharma Hub, opening its doors to employees and their loved ones. This special event brought together colleagues and their families to celebrate the holiday season and explore the heart of PHSE’s operations.

The event was a unique opportunity for families to witness the behind-the-scenes activities that define our work in healthcare logistics. It also served as a moment to reflect on the importance of community, both within and outside the workplace.
